Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of Free International City, Article 66-2 (Grounds for Restricting Renewal of Permission to Use State Property)
법 제235조제5항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
The "cases prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 235 (5) of the Act means cases falling under any of the following:
1. 「국유재산법」 제30조제1항의 사용허가 범위에 포함되지 아니한 경우
1. Where the property is not included in the scope of permission to use under Article 30 (1) of the State Property Act;
2. 「국유재산법」 제36조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우
2. Where the case falls under any subparagraph of Article 36 (1) of the State Property Act;
3. 사용허가한 재산을 국가가 직접 공용이나 공공용으로 사용하기 위하여 필요한 경우
3. Where the State needs the property for which use was permitted for its own direct public or public-purpose use;
4. 사용허가 조건을 위반한 경우
4. Where the conditions of permission to use were violated;
5. 중앙관서의 장이 사용허가 외의 방법으로 해당 재산을 관리ㆍ처분할 필요가 있다고 인정되는 경우
5. Where the head of a central government agency deems it necessary to manage or dispose of the property by a method other than permission to use.
