제대군인지원에 관한 법률 제24조(지원 정지)

이 법의 적용을 받는 제대군인이 「형법」에 규정된 죄를 범하여 금고 이상의 실형을 선고받고 그 형이 집행 중에 있는 경우에는 그 기간 중 이 법에 따른 지원을 하지 아니한다. 다만, 과실범의 경우는 그러하지 아니하다.
