Information and Communications Industry Promotion Act, Article 46 (Annual Report on Promotion of the Information and Communications Industry)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 정보통신산업의 진흥시책에 관한 보고서를 작성하여 매년 정기국회의 개회 전까지 국회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 report^r리포트 on안 policies팔러시즈 for^f포 promoting프^r러모우팅 the^ð디 information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 communications커뮤너케이션즈 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 each이치 year이어 before비^f포 the^ð더 regular^r레귤러 session세션 convenes.컨^v빈즈

② 제1항의 보고서에는 다음 각 호의 내용이 포함되어야 한다.
