Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection of Information and Communications Infrastructure, Article 9 (Designation of Information Security Officer, etc.)

①법 제5조제4항 본문에 따라 관리기관의 장은 소관 주요정보통신기반시설의 보호 업무를 담당하는 4급ㆍ4급상당 공무원, 5급ㆍ5급상당 공무원, 영관급장교 또는 임원급 관리ㆍ운영자를 정보보호책임자로 지정하여야 한다. <개정 2012.5.23>
