정보통신공사업법 제36조(공사의 사용전검사 등)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 공사를 발주한 자(자신의 공사를 스스로 시공한 공사업자 및 제3조제2호에 따라 자신의 공사를 스스로 시공한 자를 포함하며, 이하 이 조에서 "발주자등"이라 한다)는 해당 공사를 시작하기 전에 설계도를 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 제출하여 제6조에 따른 기술기준에 적합한지를 확인받아야 하며, 그 공사를 끝냈을 때에는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 사용전검사를 받고 정보통신설비를 사용하여야 한다. <개정 2014.5.28>

② 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 필요한 경우 발주자등, 용역업자, 그 밖에 정보통신공사 관계 기관에 제1항에 따른 착공 전 확인과 사용전검사에 관한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <신설 2014.5.28>

③ 제1항에 따른 착공 전 확인과 사용전검사의 절차 등은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2014.5.28>
