Act on the Preservation and Support of Traditional Temples, Article 15 (Prohibition on Acquisition of Property by Head Monks)
전통사찰의 주지는 해당 사찰의 재산을 처분하는 경우에 그 재산을 취득할 수 없다.
The head monk of a traditional temple may not acquire the property of the temple when it is disposed of.
