전통사찰의 보존 및 지원에 관한 법률 제15조의2(통지 사항)
Act on the Preservation and Support of Traditional Temples, Article 15-2 (Matters to Be Notified)
전통사찰의 주지는 해당 전통사찰에 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 발생하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 사실과 경위를 시ㆍ도지사에게 알려야 한다.
When any of the following grounds arises at a traditional temple, the head monk of the traditional temple shall notify the Mayor/Do Governor of the fact and circumstances, as prescribed by Presidential Decree:
1. 전통사찰의 주지 및 사찰이 속한 단체가 변경된 경우
1. Where the head monk of the traditional temple or the organization to which the temple belongs has changed;
2. 전통사찰에 화재 및 재난, 도난 등이 발생한 경우
2. Where a fire, disaster, theft, etc. occurs at the traditional temple.
