Act on the Courtesies Due to Former Presidents, Article 7 (Suspension and Exclusion of Rights, etc.)

① 이 법의 적용 대상자가 공무원에 취임한 경우에는 그 기간 동안 제4조 및 제5조에 따른 연금의 지급을 정지한다.

② 전직대통령이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제6조제4항제1호에 따른 예우를 제외하고는 이 법에 따른 전직대통령으로서의 예우를 하지 아니한다.
