전자금융거래법 시행령 제14조(분쟁처리 및 분쟁조정 신청절차 등)

①금융회사 또는 전자금융업자는 법 제27조제1항에 따라 손해배상 등의 분쟁처리를 위한 분쟁처리책임자 및 담당자를 지정하고, 그 연락처(전화번호ㆍ팩스번호ㆍ전자우편주소 등을 말한다)를 인터넷 등을 통하여 이용자에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.11.22, 2021.1.5>

②이용자는 법 제27조제2항에 따라 손해배상 등의 분쟁처리를 요구하는 경우에는 서면(전자문서를 포함한다) 또는 전자적 장치를 이용하여 금융회사 또는 전자금융업자의 본점이나 영업점에 분쟁의 처리를 신청할 수 있다. 이 경우 금융회사 또는 전자금융업자는 15일 이내에 손해배상 등 분쟁처리에 대한 조사 또는 처리 결과를 이용자에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.11.22>

③이용자는 법 제27조제2항에 따라 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 금융감독원의 금융분쟁조정위원회 또는 「소비자기본법」에 따른 한국소비자원의 소비자분쟁조정위원회에 분쟁조정을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2007.3.27, 2008.2.29>
