전북특별자치도 설치 및 글로벌생명경제도시 조성을 위한 특별법 제121조(자치감사 결과의 처리 등)

① 감사위원회는 특별한 사정이 없으면 자치감사가 종료된 후 60일 이내에 도지사에게 자치감사의 결과를 보고하여야 한다. 다만, 교육ㆍ학예에 관한 자치감사의 결과는 도교육감에게 통보하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 보고 또는 통보되는 자치감사의 결과에는 변상명령, 징계 또는 문책, 시정, 주의, 개선, 권고, 고발 등의 조치사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 도지사 또는 도교육감은 제1항에 따라 보고 또는 통보받은 자치감사 결과에 따른 조치사항이 다른 기관의 장의 권한에 속하는 경우에는 그 권한이 있는 기관의 장에게 관련 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
