전북특별자치도 설치 및 글로벌생명경제도시 조성을 위한 특별법 제122조(징계ㆍ문책 사유의 시효정지 등)

① 감사위원회는 특정사건의 조사를 개시한 때와 이를 종료한 때에는 10일 이내에 도지사(교육ㆍ학예에 관한 사항인 경우 도교육감을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 및 감사대상 기관 또는 부서의 장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.

② 도지사는 감사위원회가 조사 중인 특정사건에 대하여는 제1항에 따른 조사개시의 통보를 받은 날부터 징계 또는 문책 절차를 진행하지 못한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 징계 또는 문책 절차를 진행하지 못하여 징계 또는 문책 사유의 시효기간이 만료되거나 그 잔여기간이 1개월에 미달하게 되는 때에는 그 시효기간은 제1항에 따른 조사종료의 통보를 받은 날부터 1개월이 지난 날에 만료되는 것으로 본다.
