전북특별자치도 설치 및 글로벌생명경제도시 조성을 위한 특별법 제120조(자치감사계획 등)

① 감사위원회는 자치감사를 체계적ㆍ효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 그 감사를 수행하기 전에 자치감사의 목적ㆍ대상ㆍ기관 및 범위를 포함한 자치감사계획을 수립하여야 한다. 다만, 자치감사계획의 변경이 필요한 경우에는 자치감사 실시 중에도 자치감사계획을 변경할 수 있다.

② 감사위원회는 제1항에 따른 자치감사계획의 주요내용을 감사예정일 30일 이전에 자치감사대상 기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 신속히 자치감사를 실시하여야 할 급박한 사정이 있거나 자치감사의 실효성을 거두기 위하여 부득이한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 감사위원회가 제2항에 따라 자치감사계획을 자치감사대상 기관의 장에게 통보한 이후 자치감사계획을 변경하였을 때에는 그 변경된 내용을 자치감사대상 기관의 장에게 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다.

④ 감사위원회는 제1항에 따른 자치감사계획(그 계획을 변경한 때에는 변경된 계획을 말한다)을 감사원장, 교육부장관, 행정안전부장관 및 도지사(교육ㆍ학예에 관한 사항인 경우 도교육감을 포함한다)에게 그 계획을 수립한 날부터 2주일 이내에 통보하여야 한다.

⑤ 감사위원회는 자치감사를 위하여 필요한 때에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 조치를 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 요구는 자치감사에 필요한 최소한도에 그쳐야 하고, 조치를 요구받은 자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 요구에 따라야 한다.

⑥ 감사위원회는 전문지식이나 실무경험이 요구되는 분야의 업무를 감사하는 때에는 중앙행정기관의 감사담당공무원 및 전북자치도의 소속 직원이나 회계법인ㆍ연구기관 등 외부 전문기관 또는 전문가를 참여시켜 관련 사항을 조사ㆍ확인ㆍ분석하게 할 수 있다.
