전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제47조(특별재난지역의 선포 건의에 관한 특례)

「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제60조제1항ㆍ제4항에도 불구하고 통합특별시장은 대통령령으로 정하는 규모의 재난이 발생하여 통합특별시의 안녕 및 사회질서의 유지에 중대한 영향을 미치거나 피해를 효과적으로 수습하기 위하여 특별한 조치가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 중앙대책본부장과 협의를 거쳐 해당 지역을 특별재난지역으로 선포할 것을 대통령에게 건의할 수 있다.
