전기안전관리법 제27조(등록의 결격사유 및 취소 등)

1. 피성년후견인

2. 파산선고를 받고 복권되지 아니한 자

3. 이 법을 위반하여 징역 이상의 실형을 선고받고 그 집행이 종료(집행이 종료된 것으로 보는 경우를 포함한다)되거나 집행이 면제된 날부터 2년이 지나지 아니한 자

4. 이 법을 위반하여 징역 이상의 형의 집행유예를 선고받고 그 유예기간 중에 있는 자

5. 제2항에 따라 등록이 취소(제1호 또는 제2호의 결격사유에 해당하여 등록이 취소된 경우는 제외한다)된 날부터 2년이 지나지 아니한 자(법인인 경우 그 등록취소의 원인이 된 행위를 한 자와 대표자를 포함한다)

6. 대표자가 제1호부터 제5호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 법인

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 등록한 경우

2. 제22조제2항, 제22조제3항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 대통령령으로 정하는 요건에 미달한 날부터 1개월이 지난 경우

4. 제26조제3항에 따라 발급받은 등록증을 다른 사람에게 빌려 준 경우
