저수지ㆍ댐의 안전관리 및 재해예방에 관한 법률 제29조(법률 등의 위반자에 대한 행정처분)

① 중앙대책본부장, 행정안전부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 승인ㆍ허가 또는 지정의 취소, 공사중지, 물건의 개축ㆍ변경ㆍ이전ㆍ제거 등의 조치를 명하거나 그 밖에 필요한 처분을 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 중앙대책본부장, 행정안전부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제1항에 따라 조치를 명하거나 처분을 한 때에는 이를 고시하고, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 중요 사항에 대하여는 행정안전부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2018.6.12>
