저수지ㆍ댐의 안전관리 및 재해예방에 관한 법률 제27조(비밀유지)

제7조 및 제8조에 따른 안전점검, 정밀안전진단 및 합동안전점검을 실시하였거나 실시하는 자는 그 업무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하거나 그 목적 외의 용도로 이용하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 저수지ㆍ댐의 안전관리를 위하여 행정안전부장관이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
