① 행정안전부장관은 법 제10조제2항에 따른 전문교육과정을 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26>

③ 행정안전부장관은 법 제10조제4항에 따라 교육 이수자로부터 교육에 드는 경비(이하 이 조에서 "교육경비"라 한다)를 징수하려면 교육과정별 교육시간 및 교육형태 등을 고려해야 한다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26, 2024.9.3>

④ 행정안전부장관은 법 제10조제4항에 따라 교육 이수자로부터 교육경비를 징수하려는 경우 교육 이수자가 속한 기업이 「소상공인기본법」 제2조에 따른 소상공인 또는 「중소기업기본법」 제2조에 따른 중소기업자인 경우로서 해당 기업의 경제적 부담 완화 또는 경영안정 지원 등을 위하여 교육 이수자에 대한 교육경비 감면이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 교육경비를 감면할 수 있다. <신설 2024.9.3>
