재한외국인 처우 기본법 시행령 제17조(외국인종합안내센터 운영의 위탁)

Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Treatment of Foreigners Residing in the Republic of Korea, Article 17 (Commissioning of the Operation of the Foreigner Comprehensive Information Center)

① 법무부장관은 법 제20조제3항에 따라 외국인종합안내센터의 운영을 위탁할 법인 또는 단체를 선정하려는 경우에는 법인 또는 단체가 다음 각 호의 사항을 충분히 갖추었는지를 고려해야 한다.
