Enforcement Decree of the Act on Guarantee of the Right to Health and Access to Medical Services for Persons with Disabilities, Article 5 (Subjects and Contents of the Primary Care Physician System for Persons with Disabilities)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따른 장애인 건강 주치의 제도의 대상이 되는 장애인은 「장애인복지법」 제32조에 따라 등록된 장애인 중 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 만성질환 또는 장애가 있는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2018.12.31, 2023.11.28>
