Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Improving the Quality of Life of Residents of Long-Term Public Rental Housing, Article 10 (Scope of Relaxation of Building Standards and Housing Construction Standards, etc.)

② 법 제10조의2제2항에 따른 승인권자가 제1항에 따른 건축기준 및 주택건설기준 등을 완화하여 승인하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 완화 여부 및 완화 범위를 결정하여야 한다.
