Enforcement Decree of the Natural Environment Conservation Act, Article 9 (Minor Changes to Ecological and Scenic Conservation Areas)
법 제13조제1항 단서에서 "대통령령이 정하는 경미한 사항"이라 함은 다음 각 호의 경우를 제외한 사항을 말한다.
The phrase "minor matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the proviso of Article 13 (1) of the Act means matters other than the following cases:
1. 생태ㆍ경관보전지역의 전체면적을 확대 또는 축소하는 경우
1. Where the total area of the ecological and scenic conservation area is expanded or reduced;
2. 생태ㆍ경관전이보전구역(이하 "전이구역"이라 한다)을 생태ㆍ경관핵심보전구역(이하 "핵심구역"이라 한다) 또는 생태ㆍ경관완충보전구역(이하 "완충구역"이라 한다)으로 조정하는 경우
2. Where an ecological and scenic transition conservation zone (hereinafter referred to as the "transition zone") is adjusted to an ecological and scenic core conservation zone (hereinafter referred to as the "core zone") or an ecological and scenic buffer conservation zone (hereinafter referred to as the "buffer zone");
3. 완충구역을 핵심구역으로 조정하는 경우
3. Where a buffer zone is adjusted to a core zone;
4. 핵심구역ㆍ완충구역 또는 전이구역 간의 면적조정이 전체면적의 100분의 10이상인 경우(제2호 또는 제3호에 해당하는 경우를 제외한다)
4. Where the area adjustment among core zones, buffer zones, and transition zones is at least 10/100 of the total area (excluding cases falling under subparagraph 2 or 3).
