자연재해대책법 제69조(법률 등을 위반한 자에 대한 처분)

Countermeasures against Natural Disasters Act, Article 69 (Dispositions against Persons Who Violate Statutes, etc.)

① 행정안전부장관, 중앙대책본부장, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여 이 법에 따른 허가ㆍ인가 등의 취소, 공사의 중지, 인공구조물 등의 개축 또는 이전, 그 밖에 필요한 처분을 하거나 조치를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2016.1.27, 2017.7.26>

1. 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령이나 처분을 위반한 자

3. 사정의 변경으로 인하여 개발사업등을 계속 시행하는 것이 현저하게 공익을 해칠 우려가 있다고 인정되는 경우에 그 개발사업등의 허가를 받은 자 또는 시행자

② 행정안전부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제1항제3호에 따라 필요한 처분을 하거나 조치를 명하였을 때에는 이로 인하여 발생한 손실을 보상하여야 한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2016.1.27, 2017.7.26>

③ 제2항에 따른 손실보상에 관하여는 제68조제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
