Countermeasures against Natural Disasters Act, Article 60 (Support for Disaster Prevention Technology Evaluation)

① 정부는 우수한 방재기술의 보급 촉진과 방재기술의 실용화를 위하여 방재기술, 방재제품 및 방재 분야 산업체에 대한 평가 신청을 받아 평가할 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.22>

④ 재원운영자는 방재기술평가를 촉진하고 우수한 방재기술의 보급을 지원하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게 방재기술평가 또는 시범사업 등에 드는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 제59조제3항 각 호의 재원에서 우선 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
