자연재해대책법 제46조의2(재해대장)

① 지방자치단체의 장과 관계행정기관의 장은 소관 시설ㆍ재산 등에 관한 피해 상황 등을 재해대장에 기록하여 보관하여야 한다.

② 재해대장의 작성ㆍ보관 및 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
