자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제41조의2(시ㆍ도자연유산위원회의 설치)

① 시ㆍ도지사의 관할구역에 있는 자연유산의 보존ㆍ관리와 활용에 관한 사항을 조사ㆍ심의하기 위하여 시ㆍ도에 자연유산위원회(이하 "시ㆍ도자연유산위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) A어 Natural내처^r럴 Heritage헤^r러터지 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Si/Do시 Natural내처^r럴 Heritage헤^r러터지 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 each이치 Si/Do시 to투 investigate인^v베스터게잇 and앤드 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 conservation,칸서^v베이션 management,매너지먼트 and앤드 utilization유털러제이션 of어^v브 natural내처^r럴 heritage헤^r러터지 in인 the^ð더 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor.거^v버너

② 시ㆍ도자연유산위원회의 조직과 운영 등에 관한 사항은 조례로 정하되, 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.

③ 시ㆍ도지사가 그 관할구역에 있는 천연기념물 또는 명승(보호물과 보호구역을 포함한다)의 지정 또는 해제를 국가유산청장에게 요청하려면 시ㆍ도자연유산위원회의 사전 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>
