자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제39조(천연기념물 또는 명승의 수리 등)

① 천연기념물 또는 명승의 소유자등이 제17조제1항제1호 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하려는 경우에는 「국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률」 제5조에 따라 국가유산수리업자에게 하도록 하거나 국가유산수리기술자 및 국가유산수리기능자가 함께 하도록 하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2024.2.6>

② 그 밖에 천연기념물 또는 명승의 수리 기준, 방법 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
