자연공원법 제17조의3(공원별 보전ㆍ관리계획의 수립 등)

① 공원관리청은 제12조부터 제14조까지의 규정에 따라 결정된 공원계획에 연계하여 10년마다 공원별 보전ㆍ관리계획을 수립하여야 한다. 다만, 자연환경보전 여건 변화 등으로 인하여 계획을 변경할 필요가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 계획을 5년마다 변경할 수 있다.

② 공원관리청은 공원별 보전ㆍ관리계획을 수립하려면 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 서류를 작성하여 지역주민, 관계 전문가, 지역단체 등의 의견을 들은 후 관할 군수 및 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다.

③ 공원별 보전ㆍ관리계획의 수립기준, 변경 등 공원별 보전ㆍ관리계획에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
