인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 제21조(조정의 거부 및 중지)

① 분쟁조정위원회는 분쟁의 성질상 분쟁조정위원회에서 조정하는 것이 적합하지 아니하다고 인정하거나 부정한 목적으로 신청되었다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 조정을 거부할 수 있다. 이 경우 조정 거부 사유 등을 신청인에게 통보하여야 한다.

② 분쟁조정위원회는 신청된 조정사건에 대한 처리절차가 진행되는 동안 한쪽 당사자가 소송을 제기한 경우에는 그 조정을 중지하고 그 사실을 다른 당사자에게 통보하여야 한다.
