인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(조정의 신청 등)

① 법 제18조제1항에 따라 분쟁조정위원회에 분쟁의 조정을 신청하려는 자는 조정신청서에 관련 자료를 첨부하여 서면이나 전자우편으로 분쟁조정위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 분쟁조정위원회는 법 제18조제2항에 따라 피신청인에게 조정신청 사실을 통지할 때에는 제1항에 따라 제출된 조정신청서 및 관련 자료의 사본과 답변서 제출요구 통지서를 보내야 한다.

③ 피신청인은 법 제18조제2항에 따른 답변서 및 관련 자료를 서면이나 전자우편으로 제출하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 respondent^r리스판던트 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð디 answer앤서 and앤드 relevant^r렐러^v번트 materials머티^r리얼즈 under언더 Article아터클 18 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 in인 writing^r라이팅 or오 by바이 e-mail.이-메일

④ 법 제18조제1항에 따른 조정신청을 받은 분쟁조정위원회는 인터넷주소관리기관등에 제1항에 따른 조정신청서가 제출된 날부터 조정절차가 끝나는 날까지 등록정보를 유지하는 등 필요한 조치를 할 것을 요청할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 조정신청서 및 관련 자료의 범위, 제2항에 따른 답변서 제출요구 통지서, 제3항에 따른 답변서 및 관련 자료의 범위는 분쟁조정위원회가 따로 정한다.
