의료법 시행령 제31조의3(인증위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 인증위원회를 대표하고 인증위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 인증위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있는 때 또는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 때에 소집하고, 위원장이 그 의장이 된다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Accreditation어크^r레더테이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 when웬 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members멤버즈 request^r리퀘스트 it잇 or오 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary,네서세^r리 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

③ 인증위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð디 Accreditation어크^r레더테이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 votes^v보우츠 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(4) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 인증위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 인증위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
