의료기사 등에 관한 법률 제20조(보수교육)

①보건기관ㆍ의료기관ㆍ치과기공소ㆍ안경업소 등에서 각각 그 업무에 종사하는 의료기사등(1년 이상 그 업무에 종사하지 아니하다가 다시 업무에 종사하려는 의료기사등을 포함한다)은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보수(補修)교육을 받아야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>

② 제1항에 따른 보수교육의 시간ㆍ방법ㆍ내용 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2016.5.29>
