Enforcement Decree of the Emergency Medical Service Act, Article 21 (Reimbursement of Advance Payments)

심사평가원장은 법 제22조제2항에 따라 미수금을 대지급한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 대지급금 전액에 대하여 법 제22조제4항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람(이하 "상환의무자"라 한다)에게 일정한 기간을 정하여 이를 납부하도록 청구해야 한다. 이 경우 상환의무자의 신청에 따라 48개월의 범위에서 분할하여 납부하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.8.3, 2021.12.28, 2025.7.29>
