유전자원의 접근ㆍ이용 및 이익 공유에 관한 법률 제23조(권한 등의 위임 및 위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 국가책임기관 및 국가점검기관의 장의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 소속 기관의 장에게 위임하거나 다른 행정기관의 장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

② 이 법에 따른 국가책임기관 및 국가점검기관의 장의 업무는 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 전문기관ㆍ법인 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
