유선 및 도선 사업법 제3조의2(「관광진흥법」에 따른 관광사업 등록 의제)

① 유선사업을 하려는 자로서 「관광진흥법」 제3조제1항제3호에 따른 관광객 이용시설업 중 유선사업과 관련된 업(이하 "일반관광유람선업"이라 한다)을 하려는 자는 유선사업의 면허를 신청하거나 신고를 할 때 「관광진흥법」 제4조에 따라 일반관광유람선업의 등록에 필요한 서류를 함께 제출할 수 있다.

② 관할관청은 제1항에 따른 신청이나 신고를 받은 경우 유선사업의 면허를 발급하거나 신고를 수리하기 전에 일반관광유람선업 등록 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 하며, 협의를 요청받은 관계 행정기관의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 내에 의견을 제출하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 협의가 완료된 경우 유선사업의 면허를 발급받은 자나 신고가 수리된 자(이하 "유ㆍ도선사업자"라 한다)는 「관광진흥법」 제4조제1항에 따라 일반관광유람선업의 등록을 한 것으로 본다.

④ 제2항에 따른 협의를 한 관할관청은 유선사업의 면허를 발급하거나 신고를 수리한 경우 그 결과를 지체 없이 해당 관계 행정기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.
