유류오염손해배상 보장법 제11조(권리의 소멸)

제5조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 유조선 선박소유자에 대한 손해배상청구권은 유류오염손해가 발생한 날부터 3년 이내 또는 유류오염손해의 원인이 되었던 최초의 사고가 발생한 날부터 6년 이내에 재판상 청구가 없는 경우에는 소멸한다.
