유료도로관리권등록령 제43조(등록필증의 교부)

①등록공무원은 신청에 의한 등록을 완료한 때에는 신청서의 부본에 접수연월일ㆍ접수번호ㆍ표시번호 또는 순위번호ㆍ등록연월일 및 등록완료의 뜻을 기재한 후 관리청의 장의 직인을 날인하여 이를 등록권리자에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 1994.12.23, 1999.4.9>

②등록공무원은 직권 또는 촉탁에 의한 등록을 완료한 때에는 제1항의 규정에 준하여 작성한 서면을 등록권리자에게 교부하여야 한다.

③등록공무원은 제33조의 규정에 의한 신청에 따라 등록을 완료한 때에는 제1항의 서면을 채권자에게 교부하고 등록완료의 뜻을 등록권리자에게 통지하여야 한다.
