위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(사물위치정보사업의 휴업ㆍ폐업 신고)

법 제8조제1항제2호 또는 같은 조 제2항제2호에 따른 사업의 전부 또는 일부의 휴업 또는 폐업 신고를 하려는 자는 사물위치정보사업휴업ㆍ폐업신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)를 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출하되, 사업 일부의 휴업 또는 폐업의 경우에는 휴업 또는 폐업하려는 사업의 내용 및 주요 설비의 내용을 확인할 수 있는 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
