법 제8조제4항에 따라 개인위치정보 또는 위치정보 수집사실 확인자료를 파기하는 때에는 해당 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제하거나 분쇄ㆍ소각하는 등의 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2018.10.16>
