위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(개인위치정보사업의 휴업ㆍ폐업 승인 등)

① 법 제8조제1항제1호 또는 같은 조 제2항제1호에 따른 사업의 전부 또는 일부의 휴업 또는 폐업의 승인을 받으려는 자는 개인위치정보사업휴업ㆍ폐업승인신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2015.8.3, 2018.10.16, 2022.4.19, 2025.10.1>

② 개인위치정보사업자는 법 제8조제3항에 따라 같은 항 각 호의 사항을 서면 또는 전자우편 그 밖의 방법으로 개인위치정보주체에게 통보하고, 휴업 또는 폐업 사실을 사업자의 인터넷 홈페이지에 30일 이상 게시하여야 한다. <신설 2018.10.16>
