위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제34조(자료제출 요구)

법 제36조제1항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 위치정보의 유출 등 개인 또는 이동성이 있는 물건의 소유자의 위치정보에 대한 권리 또는 이익을 침해하는 사건ㆍ사고가 발생하였거나 발생할 가능성이 높은 경우를 말한다.
