① 방송미디어통신위원회가 법 제35조의2제1항에 따른 한국위치정보산업협회(이하 이 조에서 "한국위치정보산업협회"라 한다)의 설립을 인가한 경우에는 그 사실을 방송미디어통신위원회의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
