Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, Article 28 (Determining Whether an Emergency Rescue Situation Exists)

법 제29조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 긴급구조요청을 받은 긴급구조기관 또는 「국가경찰과 자치경찰의 조직 및 운영에 관한 법률」 제12조 및 제13조에 따른 경찰청 및 시ㆍ도경찰청, 경찰서(이하 "경찰관서"라 한다)는 긴급구조 상황 여부를 판단하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 긴급구조를 요청하는 자에게 확인할 수 있다. <개정 2012.11.15, 2020.12.31>
