위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(위치정보 보호조치 등의 점검)

법 제16조제3항에 따라 기술적ㆍ관리적 조치의 내용과 기록의 보존실태를 점검하는 공무원은 다음 각 호의 사항을 점검 7일 전까지 그 위치정보사업자등에게 통보해야 한다. 다만, 개인위치정보의 침해 사고가 발생하거나 개인위치정보의 침해에 대한 구체적인 민원이 제기되어 긴급히 점검할 필요가 있는 경우에는 통보하지 않을 수 있다. <개정 2018.10.16, 2022.4.19>
