위생용품 관리법 제6조(영업자의 지위승계)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 영업자의 지위를 승계한다.

(1) A어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 succeeds석시즈 to투 the^ð더 status스태터스 of어^v브 a어 business비즈니스 operator:아퍼^r레이터

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 절차에 따라 영업용 시설의 전부를 인수한 자는 그 영업자의 지위를 승계한다. 이 경우 종전의 영업자가 한 영업 신고는 그 효력을 잃는다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 taken테이큰 over오우^v버 all올 the^ð더 business비즈니스 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 through^θ쓰^r루 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 procedures프^r러시저즈 succeeds석시즈 to투 the^ð더 status스태터스 of어^v브 that^ð댓 business비즈니스 operator.아퍼^r레이터 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 business비즈니스 report^r리포트 made메이드 by바이 the^ð더 former^f포머 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 loses루지즈 its잇츠 effect:이^f펙트

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 영업자의 지위를 승계한 자는 총리령으로 정하는 바에 따라 승계한 날부터 30일 이내에 그 사실을 식품의약품안전처장 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

④ 식품의약품안전처장 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제3항에 따른 신고를 받은 날부터 총리령으로 정하는 기간 내에 수리 여부 또는 처리 지연 사유를 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 기간 내에 수리 여부 또는 처리 지연 사유를 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고가 수리된 것으로 본다.

⑤ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 영업자의 지위를 승계한 자에 대하여는 제5조를 준용한다.
