위생용품 관리법 제5조(영업신고의 제한)
Hygiene Products Management Act, Article 5 (Restrictions on Business Reports)
다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 제3조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 신고를 할 수 없다.
A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs may not file a report under Article 3 (1) or (2):
1. 제17조제1항에 따른 영업소 폐쇄명령을 받고 6개월이 지나기 전에 같은 장소에서 폐쇄명령을 받은 영업과 같은 종류의 영업을 하려는 자
1. A person who has received an order to close a place of business under Article 17 (1) and intends to engage in the same type of business as the one ordered closed, at the same place, before six months have passed;
2. 제17조제1항에 따른 영업소 폐쇄명령을 받고 2년이 지나지 아니한 자(법인인 경우에는 그 대표자를 포함한다)로서 폐쇄명령을 받은 영업과 같은 종류의 영업을 하려는 자
2. A person who has received an order to close a place of business under Article 17 (1) and for whom two years have not passed (including the representative, in the case of a corporation) and who intends to engage in the same type of business as the one ordered closed.
