Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Support for Pregnancy in Crisis and Protected Birth and Protection of Children, Article 8 (Building and Operation, etc. of Information System for Support of Pregnancy in Crisis, etc.)
① 보건복지부장관은 법 제18조제1항에 따른 정보시스템(이하 "위기임신등지원정보시스템"이라 한다)을 효율적으로 구축ㆍ운영하기 위하여 필요하면 위기임신등지원정보시스템과 다음 각 호의 정보시스템을 연계ㆍ활용할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 정보시스템의 연계 및 연계된 정보의 처리 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정한다.
(1) Where necessary to efficiently build and operate the information system under Article 18 (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "information system for support of pregnancy in crisis, etc."), the Minister of Health and Welfare may link and use the information system for support of pregnancy in crisis, etc. with the following information systems. In such cases, necessary matters such as the linkage of the relevant information systems and procedures for processing linked information shall be determined by the Minister of Health and Welfare:
1. 「사회보장급여의 이용ㆍ제공 및 수급권자 발굴에 관한 법률」 제24조의2제1항에 따른 사회서비스정보시스템
1. The social service information system under Article 24-2 (1) of the Act on the Use and Provision of Social Security Benefits and Identification of Beneficiaries;
2. 「사회보장기본법」 제37조제2항에 따른 사회보장정보시스템
2. The social security information system under Article 37 (2) of the Framework Act on Social Security;
3. 「국민건강보험법」 제13조에 따른 국민건강보험공단의 정보시스템 중 본인부담금의 산정 및 요양급여비용의 청구 등과 관련된 정보시스템
3. Among the information systems of the National Health Insurance Service under Article 13 of the National Health Insurance Act, information systems related to calculation of copayments and claims for medical care benefit costs, etc.;
4. 「국민건강보험법」 제62조에 따른 건강보험심사평가원의 정보시스템 중 의약품의 안전한 사용 및 요양급여비용의 심사 등과 관련된 정보시스템
4. Among the information systems of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service under Article 62 of the National Health Insurance Act, information systems related to safe use of medicines and review of medical care benefit costs, etc.
② 보건복지부장관, 법 제6조제1항에 따라 지정된 중앙상담지원기관 및 지역상담기관이 법 제18조제3항에 따라 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보와 같은 법 시행령 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있는 사무는 다음 각 호와 같다.
(2) Affairs for which the Minister of Health and Welfare, the central counseling support institution designated under Article 6 (1) of the Act and local counseling institutions may process health information under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act and data including resident registration numbers under Article 19 1 of the Enforcement Decree of that Act pursuant to Article 18 (3) of the Act are as follows:

1. Affairs concerning the fact-finding survey under Article 4 (1) and (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제7조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 위기 임신ㆍ출산 등에 대한 상담에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning counseling on pregnancy and childbirth in crisis, etc. under Article 7 (2) and (3) of the Act;
3. 법 제8조에 따른 위기임산부에 대한 산전ㆍ산후 보호 및 지원에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning prenatal and postnatal protection and support for pregnant women in crisis under Article 8 of the Act;
4. 법 제9조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 보호출산 신청에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning applications for protected birth under Article 9 (1) and (2) of the Act;
5. 법 제9조제3항 및 제10조제1항에 따른 비식별화 및 비식별화된 정보의 활용에 관한 사무
5. Affairs concerning de-identification and use of de-identified information under Article 9 (3) and Article 10 (1) of the Act;
6. 법 제11조 및 제14조제4항에 따른 출생사실의 통보에 관한 사무

7. 법 제13조제4항에 따른 신청 철회에 관한 사무
