Act on Management and Supervision of Nuclear Power Operators, etc. for Preventing Corruption in the Nuclear Power Sector, Article 30 (Penalty Provisions)

① 제18조제1항제3호를 위반하여 원자력발전사업자등에 공급하는 물품등의 성능을 증명하는 문서를 위조 또는 변조하는 행위를 한 자는 10년 이하의 징역 또는 1억원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
