원전비리 방지를 위한 원자력발전사업자등의 관리ㆍ감독에 관한 법률 제31조(가중처벌)

① 원자력발전공공기관 및 협력업체의 임직원이 원자력발전소의 건설ㆍ운영에 필요한 물품등을 구매 또는 거래함에 있어서 「형법」 제129조부터 제133조까지의 죄를 범하는 경우 그 죄에 대하여 정한 형(「특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 가중되는 형을 포함한다)의 2분의 1까지 가중하여 처벌할 수 있다.

② 원자력발전소의 건설ㆍ운영에 필요한 물품등을 구매 또는 거래함에 있어서 「형법」 제129조부터 제133조까지의 죄를 범한 원자력발전공공기관의 임직원은 그 죄에 대하여 정한 형에 수뢰액의 5배 이상 10배 이하의 벌금을 병과할 수 있다.
