Act on Management and Supervision of Nuclear Power Operators, etc. for Preventing Corruption in the Nuclear Power Sector, Article 17 (Prohibition on For-Profit Business)

① 원자력발전공공기관의 임직원은 직무 외에 영리를 목적으로 하는 다음 각 호의 업무에 종사할 수 없다.

1. 상업, 공업, 금융업 또는 그 밖의 영리적인 업무를 스스로 경영하여 영리를 추구함이 뚜렷한 업무

② 원자력발전공공기관 임직원과 「공직자윤리법」 제4조제1항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 이해관계자는 해당 임직원의 직무와 밀접한 관련이 있는 사기업의 주식 취득 및 보유 등 해당 사기업에 대한 투자를 하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 원자력발전공공기관의 장은 제1항 및 제2항을 위반한 임직원에 대해서는 해임 또는 징계의결을 요구하여야 한다.
