원자력안전법 제39조의7(핵연료주기시설 운영허가의 취소 등)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 허가를 받은 경우

3. 제39조의4제3항 본문에 따라 변경허가를 받아야 하는 사항을 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 변경한 경우

5. 제39조의5에 따른 허가기준에 미달하게 된 경우

6. 제39조의6제2항, 제41조, 제92조제2항, 제98조제1항 또는 제3항에 따른 명령을 위반한 경우
